Get Started Does Simplify Copilot submit applications automatically?
Simplify's current help instructions say to autofill the application, review the completed fields and submit it yourself. Applyace can submit supported applications automatically while your search is active. Autofill and automatic submission save effort at different stages of applying.
Can I use a resume from Simplify in Applyace?
Yes. Upload a reviewed PDF version and complete your profile and saved answers. Simplify offers resume analysis and tailoring tools, while Applyace's current automatic workflow uses your uploaded document. You can keep preparing your resume in a separate editor.
Will my Simplify job tracker move to Applyace?
No automatic tracker import is provided. Keep your existing records for reference and use Applyace's dashboard to follow its submissions. Before running both tools, check previous applications so you do not intentionally submit to the same role twice.
Which job applications can Applyace submit automatically?
Applyace currently automates supported applications hosted on Ashby. Other application systems require you to apply manually. An active search, a current PDF resume and completed profile answers are needed before automatic submissions begin. Support for one system does not mean every employer or application form is supported.
Can I choose target jobs, exclude companies and pause my search?
Yes. Set job titles, locations, remote-work preferences, seniority and salary preferences, and exclude named companies. These settings guide matching; some listings may omit salary or other details. You can update preferences or pause future applications. Pausing cannot withdraw an application that has already been submitted.
Does Applyace offer an interview guarantee?
Pro includes an interview guarantee. If you meet the requirements and receive no interview within 30 days, Applyace keeps applying at no extra charge. Eligibility includes completing setup, keeping your resume current and your search active, and answering interview requests within two days. This does not promise a job offer.
